Individuals, couples, and families can all benefit from art therapy as a way to reduce stress, express emotions, and gain new skills to address current problems. ART THERAPY SUPERVISION
On-going professional development is important for art therapists and those who use art in the service of others. I am qualified to provide supervision hours for art therapist who want to attain their credentials as a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) in the United States or a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT).
ART THERAPY CONSULTATIONS
Perhaps you are looking to increase art therapy services in your organization or assess the benefit of art therapy for a client. I can advise clients, therapists, and program managers to determine the appropriateness and usefulness of art therapy services.
If you feel stuck in your professional or personal life, you may benefit from approaching life with a more creative mindset. Using art therapy principles, I will work with you to increase your creative protential.
STAFF & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
I conduct art-based retreats for stress reduction and relaxation designed for the busy workplace or to combat compassion fatigue. I also design workshops to promote community building and creative problem solving in a team environment.
WORKSHOPS & LECTURES
I offer presentations and experiential workshops designed to educate on art therapy and its application to timely topics. Past presentations include subject areas such as introduction to art therapy, ethical uses of art for non-art therapists, art making and spirituality, multiculturalism and cultural competence, stress management, and adolescent development.
